Promoting Private Property Rights

DEDICATED

To the preservation of the revenue generating activities of our farmers and ranchers along with their most valuable, renewable resource - Land.
To the preservation of our wildlife, environmental, and soil resources through voluntary and compensatory programs.
To the preservation of private property rights.

5th Amendment to the Bill of Rights - ?...nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use without just compensation.?

DID YOU KNOW?
ND has more than twice as many acres in wildlife refuges than any other state in the central flyway. There's over 60 wildlife refuges in our state. How much more do we need??
Many of the "conservation" programs have more to do with raising wildlife than conserving soil and water resources. Before you sign on the dotted line, please think about the long-term implications of the program. LAND has a list of questions for landowners to ask themselves: Click here!

Would you like to help educate hunters AND protect your property rights? LAND has developed a Landowner-Hunter Agreement Petition.

Conservation easements are a hot topic in North Dakota. LAND, through our charitable and education arm, the Land Legacy Foundation, has produced a four page document entitled "Myths About Conservation Easements." For an electronic copy, please email us at
