- Does it bother you that wildlife, environmental, and other special interest groups have stopped all water management activities as well as most soil moving improvements on privately owned land?

- Does it bother you that special interest and tax supported groups whose membership far outnumber farmers are hiring lawyers and public relations people to force farmers through government mandate to meet their environmental concerns rather than using a voluntary program of offering leases and contracts?
- Does it bother you that you may be competing with state or federal agencies when you are in the market for a farm or additional land?
- Does it bother you that the Conservation Reserve Program, originally designed to protect highly erodible land has turned into a program benefiting ducks, but hurting young farmers and rural communities?
- Does it bother you that while socialism is failing around the world this country is moving toward environmental socialism?
WHAT LAND IS DOING....
LAND members receive information about issues through a monthly newsletter.
Members are represented on the State Ag Coalition, at legislative committee hearings, at state and national information and policy meetings and community meetings where landowners need support.
We are affiliated with the Alliance For America. We confer with and receive information from other national organizations. These groups provide specific information on issues moving through Congress, giving us time to respond before critical votes are cast.
We feel all landowners and “hope-to-be” landowners need an organization to represent their concerns in the halls of Bismarck and Washington.

LAND MEMBER APPLICATION FORM
1. INDIVIDUAL: $50.00 = Any individual supportive of private property rights.
2. BUSINESS: $100.00 = Any business or corporation supporting the free enterprise system and the principle of private property ownership.
3. ASSOCIATE: $20.00 = Non-voting membership for sportsmen or hunters wishing to receive our newsletter.
4. CONTRACTOR: $250.00 = Any land improvement contractor or their suppliers working to improve the value of land. Any members in this category must be eligible to hold membership in the Land Improvement Contractors Association (LICA) and a portion of their dues shall automatically be sent to LICA.
